La Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG SP 'Reverse Olive / Medium Olive' combine une base en daim vert olive avec des superpositions en cuir blanc craie à l'avant-pied et au talon. Sur le côté latéral, le Swoosh inversé, signature de Scott, est représenté en cuir noir retourné. Des accents cramoisis apparaissent sur la languette Nike Air, ainsi que sur les languettes arrière en cuir marquées d'un marquage dépareillé Jordan Wings et Cactus Jack. La low-top est montée sur une semelle intermédiaire vintage blanc cassé, renforcée sous le pied par une semelle extérieure en caoutchouc olive très adhérente.
