Every item of Kickswow goes through a rigorous authentication process by our team of experts. Tracking numbers are usually available within 72 hours, depending on the order arrangement.

1-2 pairs of shoes will have one tracking number, when you purchase multiple pairs of shoes, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

After we send you the tracking number, there may be a delay in the tracking information display. It is recommended to check again after 8 hours.

After we send you the tracking number,

It takes 5-12 days to ship to DE, IT, ES,PT, NL，FR，IE，PL。Other European countries 8-15 days

It takes 8-12 days to ship to the United States,

It takes 10-15 days to ship to Canada.

REFUND

If you need to cancel the order, please contact us in time. If you apply for a refund before the goods are shipped, we will process a full refund for you within 2-3 days.

The shoes have been delivered, apply for return and refund

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery date, provided the item is in original condition with Kickswow tags attached.

Under normal circumstances, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and the return address will be provided after the Kickswow customer service team confirms the exchange.
